Prolapsed Discs

Sharing Stories About Your Experiences - Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment

iv been on the waiting list for my operation for 9 months now. my doctors didn't really give me any other options. i had severe pain in the same way as you so i decided to look on the internet for pain relief as i was taking many painkillers and they were wearing me out.

i found these 2 websites and did the stretches every day. i also bounced 5 mins on a fitness ball or trampoline every day and within a few weeks i noticed the pain was reduced. after a month or two the pain was reduced by 90% im now thinking do i even need the operation. i really hope this helps.
