Have been looking at all your experiences with back issues. So sad to hear all of your stories.
I hurt my back in May 09. MRI showed disc bulge at L4 and a herniation at L5/S1 inpingeing on the nerve. I have been in alot of pain in the beginning. I couldn't move much for a month. The pain in my back was unbearable. I have never experienced pain like that. Sciatica was of and on and seem to dissapear for a few weeks. The backpain was terrible.
